Barking in the rain

This raincoat for our female-dog was a design-sewing- project in common with my mother. The material is softshell and polar-fleece with hook-and-loop tape for closing parts. Have a look at our happy dog.

Christmas gifts

Don’t you agree, cowls are the best idea for small Christmas gifts? They can be made quite quickly, they fit everybody, are cosy and warm, a wonderful start for the winter, a necessary accessory, …
Here is my production of the last weeks 🙂

Last years loop cowl, in a new colour:

My newest discovery: a quite simple lace pattern from Vogue Knitting! Here it is in two different versions, one in a Lana Grossa yarn:

And the next one in a malabrigo silky merino:

Each of them is made with one an a half 50 gram skeins. I’ve used another skein to make the wristers.

Funny Bunny

This Triangle-Lace takes nearly three weeks knitting-time. Yarn is kid mohair/silk, pattern from Lace Lana Grossa, Modell 9. It´s a birthday present for a bunny-lover. I hope she would like this and wintertime is cold enough to wear this warm triangle.

Light as a feather

I’m again too late with finishing my project! Why does it always take longer than I thought? When I started this wonderful dress from Rebecca #45, I was hoping to wear it before the real winter starts… Ok, now I will have to wait till spring comes!

Against Winter-Blues: Think Pink

It´s done. This really light weight own creation cardigan with cowl, A-Line, is only 250 g Italy yarn from Lusia Harding (Kimono Angora) and very smoothy. Searching for colorful buttons, an idea was born: so I used some wood-decor-parts therefore. Now I`m waiting for cold temperatures.
